The Business Intelligence Developer will architect and implement data and AI solutions that drive strategic insights across all departments at Taylor. This highly technical yet collaborative role will be principally responsible for designing and maintaining data architecture that unifies disparate sources across the business into standardized, reliable data models. The role involves creating robust ETL pipelines, developing and maintaining data warehouse structures, writing complex SQL queries, and building Python applications - with an emphasis on leveraging AI and automation to enhance these processes. This position bridges technical data engineering with business analytics, requiring both strong coding skills and the ability to translate business needs into automated, intelligent solutions.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree, preferably in statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, engineering, or sciences. At least 3+ years of experience in developing and managing BI tools, project management, and strategizing data architecture.
