The Business Intelligence Developer will architect and implement data and AI solutions that drive strategic insights across all departments at Taylor. This highly technical yet collaborative role will be principally responsible for designing and maintaining data architecture that unifies disparate sources across the business into standardized, reliable data models. The role involves creating robust ETL pipelines, developing and maintaining data warehouse structures, writing complex SQL queries, and building Python applications - with an emphasis on leveraging AI and automation to enhance these processes. This position bridges technical data engineering with business analytics, requiring both strong coding skills and the ability to translate business needs into automated, intelligent solutions.

• Design and implement data models that support all departments of the business.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree, preferably in statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, engineering, or sciences. At least 3+ years of experience in developing and managing BI tools, project management, and strategizing data architecture.

Technical Skills/Qualifications:

• Advanced experience of SQL and Python
• Advanced experience using BI tools (preferably Tableau certified)
• Experience working with Syspro (or any ERP) via SQL is preferred
• Advanced knowledge and experience using MS Excel and MS Power Point
• Certification and/or Experience working in Continuous Improvement disciplines
• Experience working with MRP systems is preferred
• Experience working with RFID production tracking systems is preferred
• Agile Project Management and/or LEAN or Six Sigma training is a plus)
• Experience in consumer products manufacturing is a plus.
