POSITION SUMMARY
The Budgeting and Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing the organization’s budgeting processes and financial reporting functions. This role ensures accurate financial analysis, timely reporting, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while providing strategic insights to support informed decision-making.
Budgeting and Financial Manager Salary Range: $135,566.50 - $169,458.07

COMPETENCIES:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or financial analysis. Prior experience with multi-national corporations required. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Prior management or supervisory experience required.
